General Manager
After earning his master's degree in engineering, Bernard arrived in Mongolia in 1995. He founded Mongolian Dot Travel and has spent nearly three decades building the company into one of Mongolia's leading DMCs. His deep knowledge of the country, combined with his European business background, ensures that our operations meet international standards while staying true to the spirit of Mongolian adventure.
Project & Marketing Manager
Otgon oversees international marketing and project coordination at Mongolian Dot Travel. She combines deep knowledge of Mongolian culture and history with a global perspective, and is passionate about sharing the richness of Mongolia with the world. She is your primary contact for partnership inquiries and program development.
Accountant
Odnoo has managed the company's financial operations since 2010, bringing experience from the tourism, trade, and real estate sectors. She ensures transparent and accurate financial management across all our partnerships and operations.
Canoe, Cycling & IT Specialist
Badraa is an adventurer and engineer with a passion for canoeing and cycling. He has led river and cycling expeditions across Mongolia for over a decade. With a background in web design and app development, he also oversees the company's IT infrastructure during the winter season — a true all-rounder.
Logistical Manager
Suuria manages our travel operations — reservations, ticketing, bookings, transport coordination, and on-ground customer service. She ensures that every tour runs smoothly from start to finish.
Self Drive & Equipment Manager
Ganzo is our man in the field. With extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, he is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining our fleet of 4x4 vehicles, camping equipment, and expedition gear. When you are driving across the Gobi, Ganzo makes sure your vehicle is ready for anything.
In addition to our core management team, we work with a network of over 80 experienced freelance guides, drivers, cooks, and support staff during the peak travel season (June–September). Many of these professionals have worked with us for over 10 years.
We are located in Ulaanbaatar’s Bayangol District, close to the city center. Our office is open year-round, and our team is available for meetings, site visits, and planning sessions.
